Job Connect is an initiative of Rotary Club of Madras Cosmos This is a platform for jobseekers to find prospective employers. Those in the look out for jobs can place their resumes here. And, employers can post their requirements for various categories of people. This is in short, a meeting place of employers and employees. Though Job Connect will welcome posting of resumes from every one for all types of jobs, its primary focus will be to help the less advantaged sections of society. It will also provide information on inexpensive ways and means of skill up-gradation and enhancement. What is unique about Job Connect is that there will be career counselors to provide correct advice and direction to people who do not have anyone else to turn to.
